Is your machine capable of processing non-standard can shapes, such as rectangular or trapezoidal ones?
Yes. Unlike standard beverage production lines, our meat canning equipment is purpose-built to meet the specific requirements of the meat industry. We offer specialised filling and vacuum sealing machines tailored for rectangular cans (typically used for luncheon meat) and trapezoidal or prismatic cans (standard for corned beef), in addition to conventional round cans. We also provide quick-change tooling kits to allow for seamless switching between different formats.

For canned meat products, we recommend either water spray or water immersion retorts to ensure consistent heat penetration and precise F0 value control, effectively eliminating Clostridium botulinum whilst preserving the meat's texture.
Do you also supply the equipment for preparing the meat?
Yes, we provide a comprehensive, end-to-end turnkey solution. Our expertise extends well beyond packaging; we supply the full meat preparation suite, including frozen meat flakers, grinders, vacuum bowl cutters for emulsions, and vacuum mixers.
