Yes, absolutely. Trying to heat a massive industrial drying tunnel using nothing but electrical resistance would be eye-wateringly expensive. That is why we have specifically engineered the heavy-duty heat exchangers within the tunnel to integrate seamlessly with your factory's existing steam boiler network. By utilising high-pressure steam pipes to generate the heat, we can drastically slash your utility overheads.
If an operator wants to switch the production from penne to macaroni, would the entire 30-metre line need to be physically reconfigured?
No, the real beauty of this massive Turnkey layout lies in its modular flexibility. The only manual adjustment needed is to stop the primary extruder at the start of the line and use a wrench to swap out the heavy brass die plate. From there, the downstream vibration tables, drying tunnels, and packaging scales automatically adjust to the new shape, meaning you don't have to deal with any massive physical recalibrations.
Is it technically feasible to produce exceptionally long strands of spaghetti or fettuccine using this particular production line?
No. The internal mechanisms of the shaking beds and the short, tiered drops within this specific thermal drying oven are designed exclusively for short-cut pasta shapes (such as macaroni, rigate penne, and fusilli). If you intend to produce 250mm long spaghetti, we would need to design an entirely different linear drying tunnel, specifically engineered to hang long pasta on moving metal rods.
