Eliminate dead zones with intersecting paddle technology
Standard single-shaft ribbon blenders inherently push material towards the outer edges, creating stagnant dead zones where high-density meat accumulates unmixed. To counter this, our dual-shaft architecture utilises synchronised, contra-rotating paddles. As the left shaft pushes the batter forward, the right shaft aggressively folds the material back towards the geometric centre of the tub. This continuous crisscross displacement ensures that material freshly processed by upstream reduction equipment, such as a frozen meat grinder, absorbs liquid marinades and ice flakes evenly before the friction-induced heat threshold is breached.

Once the cycle is complete, manually scooping out 200kg payloads is both physically hazardous and a bottleneck for the entire production line. Instead, the operator engages the pneumatic discharge protocol; the entire 300L tub, driven by industrial air cylinders, pivots forward in a controlled motion to dump the perfectly blended mass directly into standard 200L Euro-bins positioned beneath the machine's lip.

Hygienic Design and USDA-Compliant Tub Structure
In meat processing, poorly engineered intersecting shafts can present a major sanitation challenge. To address this, we have positioned the heavy-duty drive bearings and reduction gearboxes entirely outside the primary mixing zone. The drive shafts pass through the tub via advanced, self-adjusting dynamic Teflon lip seals, which create a complete barrier to prevent meat juices from contaminating the mechanical grease zones, and vice-versa. During daily washdown procedures, the fully welded tub structure—designed without any sharp 90-degree internal corners—allows for aggressive high-pressure hose cleaning, easily meeting the most stringent global food safety standards, including CE, BRC, and USDA protocols.
