Deze productielijn bestaat uit een bananensnijmachine, een blancheringsmachine, een ontwateringsmachine, een frituurmachine, een ontolieingsmachine, een smaakmachine en een verpakkingsmachine. Alle machines zijn van hoogwaardige kwaliteit en vervaardigd uit roestvrij staal (304). Banana chips can be sliced into precise transverse or longitudinal cuts with adjustable thickness.

Used for lifting sliced banana chips to the next stage of production to reduce manual labour.

Using a bubble generation device can effectively remove impurities from the surface of the banana chips.

Blanching prevents the banana chips from oxidising and discolouring, ensuring they look more appealing and have a better flavour.
