1. Quail Egg Pre-warming & Conveyor

The entire preheating and & transfer process for the quail eggs takes place within a large preheating trough. This trough is designed to soak the eggs while ensuring they remain intact and undamaged. A conveyor system is integrated into the trough to transport the quail eggs directly into the egg boiler.

Once the quail eggs have been placed into the egg boiler, the raw eggs are cooked until hard-boiled. The egg boiler serves as the core component of the quail egg peeling production line. Following this, the hard-boiled eggs are automatically transferred into the cooling trough.
