Each effect is engineered to recycle latent heat, significantly reducing steam consumption per kilogram of evaporated water.

The greatest challenge facing plant managers is preserving that striking, vibrant red hue whilst simultaneously reaching a Brix concentration of 36-38%. To tackle this, our engineering team operates the final evaporation stages under a high vacuum (below 0.2 bar), which effectively lowers the boiling point of the tomato paste.
