Optional Supporting Equipment:

Weight Checker:

• Inspects the weight of products and removes those that do not meet the standards. It can also classify and tally the products. (This machine is not necessary if other weight checking devices are already in place.)

Horizontal Metal Detector:

• Detects metal foreign bodies that may have been mixed in during the production process. It is suitable for inspection after packaging. (This machine is not necessary if other metal detection devices are already in place.)

Free-fall Metal Detector:

• Detects metal foreign bodies that may have been mixed in during the production process. It is suitable for pre-packaging inspection environments and can be directly installed at the material discharge port. It does not occupy additional space, but the installation height of the production line will be increased. (This machine is not necessary if other metal detection devices are already in place.)

Integrated Metal and Weight Checker:

• Detects both the weight of products and metal foreign bodies, and removes those that do not meet the standards. The integrated configuration of metal and weight detection saves costs and time for debugging and maintenance. (This machine is not necessary if other metal or weight detection devices are already in place.)

Turntable Product Organizer:

• Collects products coming out of the production line and is suitable for production lines where manual handling or further packaging operations are required.
