Our Vegetable Processing Line is a fully integrated solution designed for the washing, peeling, cutting, blanching, drying, and packaging of fresh vegetables.
This line is ideal for frozen vegetable factories, ready-to-eat vegetable plants, and large-scale food processors who demand high hygiene, efficient operation, and consistent product quality.

Each section of the line is modular and customizable to handle leafy vegetables (spinach, lettuce, cabbage), root vegetables (carrots, potatoes, beets), and fruit-vegetable types (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers) with precision and efficiency.


Production Flow

1️⃣ Sorting & Grading
Fresh vegetables are manually or automatically sorted on a belt conveyor or roller grader to remove defective produce and ensure uniform size and color.

2️⃣ Washing & Cleaning
A bubble washing machine combined with a spray cleaning system removes soil, pesticide residues, and impurities from all surfaces.
Optional ozone or chlorine disinfection systems ensure food safety and extend product shelf life.

3️⃣ Peeling & Cutting
Depending on the vegetable type, the line includes rotary drum peelers, abrasive peelers, or knife peelers.
High-precision cutting machines can slice, dice, or shred vegetables into desired sizes — perfect for salads, frozen packs, or ready meals.

4️⃣ Blanching & Cooling
A continuous blanching machine ensures enzyme inactivation, color retention, and texture improvement.
After blanching, a cooling tunnel rapidly reduces product temperature to prevent overcooking and maintain freshness.

5️⃣ Dewatering & Drying
Air-blowing systems or centrifugal dryers remove surface water efficiently before freezing, seasoning, or packaging.

6️⃣ Weighing & Packaging
An automatic weighing and packing system ensures consistent portioning and high-speed packaging using bags, trays, or pouches.

7️⃣ CIP Cleaning System
The line integrates a Clean-in-Place system for easy cleaning of tanks, pipes, and conveyors, ensuring hygiene and reducing downtime.
