For Fried Instant Noodles, the line includes Steaming, Cutting, Folding, and Deep Frying sections. For Non-Fried (Air-Dried) Instant Noodles, a hot-air drying tunnel replaces the fryer. We provide turnkey solutions for both block and cup noodle formats.
Do you support the production of gluten-free or rice noodles?
Yes. While standard machines are designed for wheat flour (gluten-based), we have specialized models for Rice Noodles (Pho/Rice Vermicelli) or Gluten-Free Corn/Buckwheat noodles. These lines utilize a specialized Extrusion Technology or steaming process instead of the traditional roll-sheeting method used for wheat noodles.
How does your machine ensure the texture (chewiness) of the noodles?
Texture is defined by the gluten network. Our machines utilize a Compound Continuous Rolling System (multi-roller pressing). Unlike single-pass extrusion, our "Dough Sheet Aging" and multi-stage rolling process mimics manual hand-kneading. This gradually reduces the dough sheet thickness without damaging the gluten structure, resulting in noodles with superior elasticity, smoothness, and chewiness.
Is the "Dough Aging" (Resting) process included in the line?
Yes, for high-quality industrial lines, we incorporate a Continuous Dough Aging Tunnel (Ripening Conveyor) after the dough mixing stage. This allows the water and flour to fully hydrate and the gluten network to relax, which is critical for preventing noodle breakage and ensuring a smooth surface texture in the final product.
How accurate is the automatic weighing and cutting system?
Our lines feature intelligent cutting and portioning systems controlled by Servo Motors and PLC. You can set the exact length (e.g., 20cm for retail packs) or weight per portion (e.g., 150g per nest) on the touch screen. The system ensures a weight precision of ±1% to 2%, significantly reducing product giveaway and waste.
What capacity ranges do you offer for industrial noodle lines?
We scale to your needs. For small-to-medium businesses, we offer Commercial Noodle Machines with capacities of 100kg – 300kg per hour. For large-scale industrial food factories, we supply Heavy-Duty Automatic Lines capable of producing 500kg up to 2,000kg (2 Tons) of flour input per hour. We can design the layout to fit your factory floor space.
What materials is the machine made of?
Hygiene is non-negotiable. All parts that come into direct contact with the dough and noodles are manufactured from Food-Grade SUS304 Stainless Steel. The rollers are made of high-hardness alloy steel (or SUS304 upon request) to prevent rusting and ensure durability. The conveyor belts are made of food-grade PU/PVC material.
