The Apple Canning Production Line is a fully automatic system designed for industrial-scale production of apple-based canned products, including apple slices, diced apple, apple puree, and syrup-filled fruit cans.
This line integrates the entire process — sorting, washing, peeling, coring, cutting, blanching, filling, vacuum sealing, sterilizing, cooling, labeling, and packaging — ensuring high efficiency, excellent product appearance, and compliance with HACCP, ISO22000, and FDA standards.

The equipment adopts PLC intelligent control, with a modular design that supports flexible customization for different can sizes, product formulations, and output capacities (from 500 kg/h to 10 tons/h). It is ideal for fruit canning plants, juice processors, and food manufacturers targeting domestic and export markets.


Production Flow

  1. Raw Material Sorting and Washing

    • Vibrating sorter and bubble washer remove impurities, leaves, and damaged apples.

    • Optional grading system for selecting uniform-sized apples.

  2. Peeling, Coring, and Cutting

    • Automatic apple peeling and coring machine with minimal waste.

    • Adjustable cutting system for slices, cubes, or chunks.

  3. Blanching and Pre-treatment

    • Hot water or steam blanching to deactivate enzymes and prevent oxidation.

    • Optional color retention or anti-browning liquid treatment for better appearance.

  4. Filling and Vacuum Sealing

    • Vacuum seamer ensures tight sealing to prevent oxidation and microbial contamination.

  5. Sterilization and Cooling

    • Continuous retort sterilizer guarantees food safety and long shelf life.

    • Cooling tunnel ensures product stability before labeling.
