Production Flow

1️⃣ Milk Reception & Storage
Raw milk is received from tankers and stored in insulated stainless-steel tanks equipped with agitation and cooling systems to maintain freshness and prevent microbial growth.

2️⃣ Filtration & Clarification
Milk passes through filters and centrifugal clarifiers to remove impurities and sediments, ensuring clean and high-quality raw material for further processing.

3️⃣ Standardization
Automated standardization systems adjust the fat and solid content to meet the specific requirements of the final product — such as whole milk, skim milk, or cream.

4️⃣ Homogenization
A high-pressure homogenizer breaks down fat globules for smooth, stable, and uniform milk texture while improving mouthfeel and product stability.

5️⃣ Pasteurization / Sterilization
Milk is pasteurized or UHT sterilized using plate or tubular heat exchangers, eliminating harmful bacteria while preserving nutritional value and taste.

6️⃣ Fermentation / Aging (Optional)
For products like yogurt or cheese, milk undergoes controlled fermentation or aging with specific cultures to develop texture, flavor, and consistency.

7️⃣ Cooling & Storage
Processed milk is cooled to below 4°C and stored in aseptic tanks to maintain product freshness before filling.

8️⃣ Filling & Packaging
Automatic filling machines pack products into bottles, cartons, pouches, or cups — equipped with CIP and sterilization systems for maximum hygiene.
