Overview
Our Automatic Milk Production Line provides a complete turnkey solution for the processing of fresh milk, pasteurized milk, UHT milk, flavored milk, and yogurt.
It is designed to meet the highest food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, CE) while ensuring efficient operation, product consistency, and minimal energy consumption.
This fully automated system covers every stage — from raw milk reception to final packaging, helping dairy producers achieve stable quality, extended shelf life, and optimized production costs.
Production Process Flow
1. Raw Milk Reception & Filtration
Fresh milk is received from farms or tankers and goes through filtration and cooling systems to remove impurities and maintain freshness.
2. Standardization (Fat Adjustment)
Through automatic standardizing units, milk fat content is precisely adjusted according to product requirements — for example, whole milk (3.5%), low-fat (1.5%), or skimmed milk (0%).
3. Homogenization
A high-pressure homogenizer breaks fat globules into tiny particles to prevent cream separation and improve taste and texture.
4. Pasteurization / UHT Sterilization
Depending on the product, milk is either:
Pasteurized (72–75°C for 15–20 sec) for short shelf life, or
UHT-treated (135–150°C for 3–5 sec) for long shelf life and aseptic packaging.
5. Cooling & Storage
Processed milk is rapidly cooled to 4°C and stored in insulated sanitary tanks before packaging.
6. Filling & Packaging
Automatic filling systems are available for PET bottles, glass bottles, pouches, or Tetra Pak cartons, ensuring precise filling and leak-proof sealing.
7. CIP Cleaning System
An integrated CIP (Clean-In-Place) system ensures automatic cleaning and sanitization of pipelines, tanks, and processing equipment — improving hygiene and reducing downtime.
